Below a list of my goals for 2019, which will more than likely be edited throughout the year we commence, but y’all catch the gist of it. This year I wanted to set REALISTIC goals to be able to achieve them and not feel like a complete failure come the end of 2019.
Make daily use of calendars, agendas, and a Mom to Son type of journal I have
Be able to do 15 push-ups successively
Drop 5 lbs. every three months
Read more books
Follow a full-face cleaning routine for both day and night; using cleansers, face oils, toners, moisturizers, sun protectors, lip balm, anti-wrinkle creams, and all that type of situation since I don’t wear makeup.
